We’re very excited to announce that Boston-based modern funk fusion band Addison Groove Project has booked a show ending a five-year hiatus. The five-piece will play a hometown show at The Paradise on September 15, with their friend and HT contributor Wyllys as support. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, July 3, at Noon ET.
The group formed in the late ’90s when many of the members attended Wellesley High School together and crafted an inventive sound that mixed their influences. AGP made a name for themselves thanks to relentless touring and great songwriting as well as their mind-blowing live sets. We’ll have much more on this reunion in the coming months.

Are there more dates coming?
Hey Gary,
Unfortunately, there aren’t any more dates on the books right now – and probably won’t be any for a bit. Hoping to at least get to New York City some time, but there are a lot of schedules that have to align.
Only 1 show on bt.etree.org? Where to find some AGP recordings?
