Mr. Crowes Garden 2/15/2005: Higher Ground – South Burlington, VT

Playing the second night of a “secret” warm up run under the name of Mr. Crowes Garden, this sold out show at Higher Ground proved 800 or so fans were in on the message board secret. Already possessing one of the meatiest sounds in rock, and owning a recognizable song book spanning six strong albums, the Black Crowes always stand to be a draw. In their first visit to the state of Vermont, the energy in the building was enlivening, even during this mid-March north-country state of cabin fever.

Trey Anastasio Unveils New Band Lineup

Trey Anastasio will unveil his new project Friday, April 1st at the Higher Ground in So. Burlington, VT This will mark the first appearance of Trey’s new band, featuring Peter Chwazik (bass), Les Hall (keyboards), Ray Paczkowski (keyboards) and Skeeto Valdez (drums).

This concert, as well as the upcoming spring tour, will feature two sets of the group with supporting acts to be announced soon. Be sure to check Trey.com for breaking news and additional information.

Proceeds from the show will benefit the Vermont Land Trust. The Vermont Land Trust exists to conserve Vermont`s working landscape, natural areas, and community treasures. Since 1977 the Vermont Land Trust has conserved over 435,000 acres of land including almost 500 working farms.
