Philadelphia-based band The Disco Biscuits recently released their double live album The Wind at Four to Fly (SCI Fidelity Records/April 18). The band met at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and started off with frat gigs but made the quick switch to the club scene. Their eclectic live shows gained them a rabid following, making them leaders in the jam and groove scene.
