25 Years Ago Today- moe. Release Fourth Full-Length Album ‘Tin Cans and Car Tires’

25 years ago today (9/8/98). moe. released their fourth full-length studio album Tin Cans and Car Tires. Featuring Vinnie Amico on drums on a studio release for the first time (still the drummer today), Tin Cans featured the upstate New York band at its most song-oriented via “Nebraska” “Hil & Lo” and “Happy Hero.” The album also, of course, featured many a mighty jam vehicle that has always been live highlights including “Plane Crash”, “Head” and “Spaz Medicine”. Check out “Head” from the 2001 live album Warts & All Vol. 1 recorded live on February 28, 2001 at the Scranton Cultural Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
