40 Years Ago Today – The Circle Jerks Released Third Album ‘Golden Shower of Hits’

40 years ago today (7/21/83), The Circle Jerks released their third album Golden Shower of Hits.  It was the band’s last album to feature the band’s original bassist Roger Rogerson and their only release to feature drummer John Ingram who briefly replaced original drummer Lucky Lehrer.
