80 years ago today (8/1/42), the late Jerry Garcia was born. In honor of Jerry’s birthday, it’s time to revisit the Jerry Garcia Band featuring Donna Jean and Keith Godchau performing about the SS Duchess as it toured New York harbor on 9/15/76. This was a gig thrown for The Hells Angels- good to know they enjoyed a dose of some mellow grooves back then.
