While the President-elect doesn’t get sworn in until January 20 of next year that won’t stop us from celebrating the victory around here. From there, we’ve got George Clinton and Funkadelic with their seven plus minute unifying jam One Nation Under A Groove. After that, we’ve got back to back covers. First up is Sharon Jones with a funkified version of Woody Guthrie’s This Land Is Your Land, then we’ve got Solomon Burke tackling Sam Cooke’s poignant classic A Change Is Gonna Come.
