Over the past decade, Longtime HT favorite Marco Benevento has performed at dozens of different venues all over New York City, but the 31-year-old keyboardist has never played in the most of famous one of ’em all… until June 20. On June 20, the Marco Benevento Trio will open for British jazz-pop artist Jamie Cullum at Carnegie Hall. Marco has also announced a number of other summertime shows including three rare solo gigs.

Meanwhile, an interesting round of artist additions to the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival has been announced with Conor Oberst & the Mystic Valley Band, The Avett Brothers, Bat for Lashes, Los Campensinos and Lucinda Williams topping the list. The promoters of OsL, which takes place in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on August 28 – 30, have also tipped their hat to the local scene by adding Tea Leaf Green, Zion I and Big Light.
