Following sold out shows coast to coast including a date at Radio City in January, the Swell Season return to the U.S. for a May tour in support of their critically acclaimed new album, Strict Joy out now via ANTI-. The duo – Oscar winners Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova will also play LA’s Hollywood Bowl on July 18.
Always enigmatic on stage, the duo’s most recent jaunt found them accompanied by a hilarious proclamation from funnyman Jason Segal, of How I Met Your Mother and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The band appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman in February. View the performance here.
