Nigel Godrich’s acclaimed From The Basement performance series for The Coda Collection since its debut in late July has remained in the upper echelon of live performance videos as the subscription streaming destination for the most iconic music documentaries, concerts films, and episodic series spanning decades and genres. These curated episodes kicked off Radiohead’s iconic 2011 appearance in support of the band’s eighth studio album The King of Limbs and had performances that ranged from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Iggy & The Stooges, The Raconteurs and Aimee Mann.
My Morning Jacket stands as the final debut of the Coda Collection and Glide is premiering a gracious clip previewing the episode on the heels of their dynamic 2008 release Evil Urges. The episode kicks off with Godrich reflecting back on the experience of the band recording the episode and delivering an energetic hour-long set, as well as a live performance of their track “Thank You Too!” from the appearance. The episode features a setlist of tracks such as “Touch Me I’m Going To Scream” parts 1 and 2, as well as “One Big Holiday” and “Librarian.” Check out the clip below.
The Coda Collection is available via Amazon Prime Video and is paired with a complementary website exploring new perspectives on music.
