“Blue Canyon” is my attempt to capture, in song, a magical afternoon: I was driving through the hills of the California Coast during the ‘golden hour,’ while on a summertime tour with my Dravus House bandmate. I was nostalgic for this day before it even ended, and set out to write a song about it.”
