The Cure Perhaps Tease North American Tour

Today (March 6) might end up being more than an average Monday for fans of The Cure. Earlier this afternoon the legendary emo band took to Facebook to encourage fans to sign up for their long-lost newsletter. The email chain, which has been inactive for about six months now, seems to have new life around it as the band sent a link to the signup sheet out to their fanbase. The post reads:

“IF YOU HAVEN’T HAD ANY EMAILS FROM US OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS, MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP TO THE CURE MAILING LIST ASAP – BE THE FIRST TO GET NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS AT https://thecure.lnk.to/SignUpSR  #ShowsOfALostWorld23 #NorthAmerica”

Without directly announcing it, The Cure seems to be gearing up for a tour of North America within the year. This news comes on the heels of the band announcing a reissue of their seminal live album, 1993’s Show is set to release on April 22 for the annual Record Store Day. Along with the band resurfacing this old album, The Cure began debuting new music during their shows in Europe last year. The band premiered “Alone”, “Endsong”, along with “And Nothing Is Forever” during their 2022 tour. All of these songs are expected to appear on the band’s alleged new album, although there has been no confirmation of new music from any official source.

Use the link below to sign up for The Cure’s newsletter to be updated first on any happenings from the legendary band.
