A formidable force in the R&B and hip-hop scene, American singer and songwriter Ciara rose to prominence with chart-topping tracks like “Goodies” from the album of the same name and her legendary collaboration with Justin Timberlake for “Love, Sex, Magic.”
Almost two decades after her debut, Ciara has continued making hits, with her most recent EP titled “CiCi” peaking at #42 on the UK Album Downloads Chart. This seven-song album included her collaboration with Chris Brown, with the R&B track “How We Roll” reaching #34 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
While Ciara has already proven her fame and excellence in the music industry, this hasn’t stopped the music superstar from exploring other creative venues. This year, Ciara continues her foray into the fashion industry as a style icon, entrepreneur, designer, and the face of various brands.
Ciara as a style icon
Together with her husband, American football quarterback Russell Wilson, Ciara recently graced the star-studded 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. The artist broke the internet after wearing a chocolate-brown latex grown from Usama Ishtay, which accentuated her curves with its sheer material and high split.

Even outside of the red carpet, Ciara has been making waves with her sporty and streetwear looks. On a 2023 summer trip to Japan with her husband, the musician showed off how outdoor-oriented Oakley sunglasses can look chic and sophisticated when styled with a motorcyclist-inspired top and baggy pants. Ciara’s outfit was elevated with a pair of Oakley BXTR sunglasses, which pay homage to the popular skate spot Baxter Street with a modernized shield design that combines lifestyle and performance eyewear.
The clothing line LITA by Ciara
Many musical stars have branched out into business by launching their own brands, such as pop icon Madonna with her clothing line Material Girl, which she launched in 2010 with her daughter Lourdes and featured collections inspired by famous artists like Frida Kahlo.
Likewise, Ciara has ventured into fashion and entrepreneurship through her own label, The House of LR&C Fashion, which she co-founded with retail executive Christine Day. Currently, the brand leverages stand-alone retail to showcase three clothing lines: her women’s brand, LITA (Love Is The Answer), her husband Russell Wilson’s brand, Good Man Brand, and their gender-neutral line, Human Kind. Beyond releasing collections with timeless and authentic styles, Ciara has talked at length about the brand’s impact through corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
Ciara to design for Bebe
Ciara has also been actively working with other labels through endorsements and collaborations. In 2023, the Grammy award-winning artist was announced as the face of the limited-edition Gap x LoveShackFancy collection. The team-up also featured a campaign with her kids, Future and Sienna.
At the beginning of 2024, Ciara was also announced as an upcoming creative director of the contemporary brand Bebe. Specifically, Ciara will design a capsule collection for Bebe for Fall 2024, which will feature a range of apparel like dresses, denim, knitwear, sportswear, and accessories showcasing the 38-year-old artist’s distinct tomboy-chic style.
The Bebe x Ciara capsule is still being finalized, but fans of the artist and the brand alike can look forward to the retail campaign rolling out on social media, out-of-home, and in print.
On top of these fashion gigs, the multi-talented Ciara will continue expanding her list of accomplishments by teasing new music, serving on the board of the Why Not You Foundation, a charity organization she launched with her husband, and growing her recently launched skincare line, OAM (On A Mission).
