Oteil & Friends Take Portland, OR For a Long, Groovy Ride with Melvin Seals, Steve Kimock and More (PHOTOS/SETLIST)

Oteil & Friends just hit the road for a fall tour, the second night of which found the ensemble playing to a sold-out crowd at Portland, Oregon’s Revolution Hall. On Friday, September 6th, Oteil Burbridge hit the stage with a great lineup consisting of Melvin Seals on B3, Steve Kimock on guitar, John Morgan Kimock on drums, Tom Guarna on guitar, and Jason Crosby on keys and violin. The wide-smiling bassist led the group through two long sets that included several Grateful Dead and Allman Brothers Band classics. Glide was on hand to capture some images of the evening.
