UMBowl III: April 27 @ Park West

HT faves Umphrey’s McGee used halftime of the biggest football game of the year, Super Bowl XLVI, to announce the return of their football-themed UMBowl concert. UMBowl III is set for April 27 at Park West in the band’s hometown of Chicago. For the third year in a row Umphrey’s will play four “quarters,” each with a different theme, at an interactive concert in which their fans have a say in aspects of the group’s performance.

The theme of this year’s quarters and ticketing information will be revealed in the coming weeks through the event’s website. This evening’s announcement came with the requisite hilarious video. Take a look at what Siri thinks of Umphrey’s and UMBowl…
