Austin City Limits Season 38 Begins w/ Radiohead This Weekend

The 38th season of legendary television program Austin City Limits, the longest-running music series in American television history, kicks off this weekend with the full hour devoted to Radiohead’s ACL debut in which they drew heavily from their most recent albums. The episode will pull from Radiohead’s March 6th, 2012 performance at the ACL’s home, The Moody Theater. “As if there was any doubt, this rare full-hour performance by one of the most adventurous bands in rock music was well worth the wait,” says Terry Lickona, Executive Producer of Austin City Limits in a statement. “Thom Yorke and the boys are on top of their game, and their exuberance on stage really comes across. They continue to amaze, whether it’s with an old classic, a new twist or an obscure track all but forgotten.”
