25 years ago today (3/13/95) Radiohead released their second album The Bends. With the LP the band began the evolution of their sound into a more experimental direction which would set the course for the following two decades. The Bends produced five charting singles: “My Iron Lung” (released as an EP in 1994), “High and Dry”, “Fake Plastic Trees”, “Just”, and Radiohead’s first top-five UK single, “Street Spirit (Fade Out)”.
