28 years ago today (4/18/89), Pixies released their second studio full-length LP Doolittle. The album is often considered one of the greatest indie albums of all time with its dynamic structures that today still sound relevant and not a bit dated. In fact, a 2003 poll of NME writers ranked Doolittle as the second-greatest album of all time.
