30 years ago today (11/21/89), Rush released their 13th studio album Presto. After venturing with more synthesizer dominant albums Hold Your Fire and Power Windows, Rush allowed Presto to become more guitar dominant. The album spawned the singles “Show Don’t Tell”, “The Pass”, and “Superconductor,” yet while the album doesn’t contain as many recognizable classics as past albums to the casual fan, Presto remains a hugely important to Rush die-hards.
