42 years ago today (11/28/74), John Lennon made his last ever concert appearance when he joined Elton John on stage at Madison Square Gardens in New York City. I can do without elton john
Lennon as a Beatle was always my favorite. And his death marked the end of my youth.
This may sound harsh, but I do NOT miss the trash he and Yoko Ono would have bored us
with over the last 36 years…had he lived.
Jeez Mike, how can you even say that? Some fan. You realize you’re talking about the greatest songwriter ever, right? The lions share of his solo work was fantastic. It seems to me you’re just another Yoko hater. Lennon could’ve done without you, had he lived. Oh, and his music will live on forever. Long after you’ve left this earth.
