50 Years Ago Today – Led Zeppelin Performs As The Nobs In Copenhagen

50 years ago today (2/28/70) Led Zeppelin played a gig in Copenhagen as The Nobs after Eva Von Zeppelin a relative of the airship designer threatened to sue if the family name was used in Denmark. At this point, Led Zeppelin was already an established and revered act having released Led Zeppelin I and Led Zeppelin II the year prior, so their sound was certainly distinguishable during this performance.
