Happy 55th birthday today to guitarist, singer, songwriter, actor and political activist Tom Morello. As the co-founder and lead guitarist of Rage Against the Machine and then with Audioslave, Morello has developed a sound quite his own full of boombastic effects and machine gun leads. In recent years Morello has hit the road and studio with Prophets of Rage and late in 2018 he released an album (The Atlas Underground) under his own name. Since then, the veteran guitarist has taken his “The Atlas Underground Live” shows on the road across the U.S. Watch Rage Against the Machine perform live in Dusseldorf in 2000.
