FORM will return to Arcosanti, Arizona this October.
Leadiing the 2024 lineup are Skrillex, Four Tet, Jamie xx, Floating Points, James Blake, Thundercat, Erika De Casier, Mustafa, PinkPantheress, Angel Olsen and a host of others—see full lineup below. 2,500 tickets to the festival sold out instantly upon announcement in March.
This first installment of FORM since 2019 celebrates the festival’s tenth anniversary. Started in 2014 as a release party for founder and curator Zach Tetreault’s band Hundred Waters, FORM slowly but surely grew over the next five years into the most talked about festival in America, with headliners including Florence + the Machine, Solange and Anderson .Paak. Its tiny size, thoughtful curation and stunning setting made it one of the most unique festival experiences on earth.
This year, the festival has partnered with Hope Solutions, a sustainability advisor to Glastonbury and Coldplay, to reduce the festival’s ecological impact and educate attendees on site about emission- reducing strategies in the touring industry and beyond.
Additionally, voting access initiative HEADCOUNT is giving away one pair of tickets to the sold out festival—fans can enter here with proof of voter registration.
This November, Arizonans will vote on an amendment to their state constitution restoring and protecting abortion access. FORM is proud to host the incredible organization behind this effort, Arizona for Abortion Access, on site to educate attendees about the initiative.
