YMSB marks their ten year milestone with the fifth installment of their adored live album series, Mountain Tracks. Mountain Tracks Five is a double disc offering sprinkled with “pickin and grinning” Yonder style.
It’s the simple things that make a Greencards’ show special: gratifying harmonies, stunning solos, and clear vocals. All were on display for this two-set performance on songs like “The Ghost of Who We Were,” “Life’s a Freeway,” “Who Knows,” and “Here You Are.”

Every once in a while, a new band arrives and breathes fresh air into a monotonous genre. Such is the case with Oneside, a talented pop-rock quartet from Boston. While incorporating banjo into pop-rock is hardly revolutionary – Béla Fleck, for instance, has been doing that for a while – Oneside combines bluegrass, rock and roll, and a catchy pop mentality into a sound that is distinctively their own.
